Description
A Treatise of the Salvation of Adam and Eve.
"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. And the LORD God commanded the man saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die." (Gen 1:1, 2:7,16-17)
However Adam and Eve did partake and then realizing they were naked they made themselves fig-leaf aprons as an attempt to cover-up their loss of righteousness. Fortunately, "Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coasts of skins, and clothed them." (Gen 3:21)
This treatise examines eac of the 17 steps performed in making these coats of righteousness that covererd their sin perfectly and completely.
It was through these 17 coat-making steps that Adam and Eve were made "wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus" (2 Tim 3:15)
